Judith joined Pschtecin High School in June of 2006 as a reading and language specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Ohio University and her Master’s Degree from The Ohio State University where she also received her special education certification. She is certified to teach in grades kindergarten through high school and has taught all those levels. She coordinates the Title I reading programs and writes Individual Education Plans (IEP) for special education students as well English. She discovered that teaching is basically the same at every grade level. The material must be adjusted to the level at which each student can find success. That is exactly what happens at Pschtecin High School. Each student’s curriculum is tailor-made to match the classes that he or she has taken with his or her present needs. Judith believes that building a relationship of trust with each student is necessary in order to get the optimum amount of work accomplished. She has been published in several journals and has been a speaker at conferences on reading. She is a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and Phi Kappa Phi national education honoraries. She brings a wealth of experience and ideas into our high school and looks at each day as a challenge to meet the varying need of our students.

We enjoy each one and their special talents as they show great promise and enthusiasm.” Pschtecin High School is a school that offers small class sizes with a small student-to-teacher ratio.
